Solves X*L^T=B in-place for row-major panel rows.

X is rows x n, L is lower triangular n x n; each row is an independent right-side solve. This is the panel solve in blocked Cholesky: L21 <- A21 * L11^{-T}. Blocked by columns of X: after a diagonal block is solved, the columns to its right are updated by gemm.
