Default relative tolerance for sampled property tests.

\(\sqrt{\varepsilon}\) is the standard choice for randomized numerical probes: tight enough to reject genuine violations, loose enough to absorb the \(O(n\varepsilon)\) round-off of the operator applications used to probe.
