(1) Solve \(AX = B\) in place: X holds B on entry and the solution on exit, as n x nrhs row-major storage in the original ordering. work holds n * nrhs elements. Nothing is allocated.

(2) Solve \(AX = B\) in place from block Cholesky factors, as solve_in_place.
